There is a version that has eliminated coproc dependencies from the boot
code & core install utilities, like mkfs (newfs?), and has incorporated
many of the posted patches. Anon ftp to utacfd.uta.edu. There are 3 files
in /pub - a 3" (3-1/2") and 5" (5-1/4") boot image, and a src file. Kudos
to David Butler.
