Hmmm. I was having a very similar problem. Unfortunately, my problem was
with my IN-2000 SCSI controller card. Whether I use DOS or OS/2, I could
read with no problem, but could not write to either floppies without the
disks being wrecked. I am still waiting to hear form Always Tech about this
problem.
If I come across any info, I'll be sure to post it (even though it may be
of limited value to you).
