From my experiences, you _may_ want to check and see if you are using
dma. Try ifconfig 3c500.sys -show (using whatever .sys file you use).
Turn dma off if it is on. It doesn't actually improve performance (at
least in so far as we have determined), while it is known to cause
problems with floppy drive access.
