What else would you expect using same interrupt for terminal and mouse.
There are ONLY *TWO* IRQ for the four COM ports UNLESS you have a serial
card which allows IRQ jumpers --- or else a soldering iron. IN which
case, need to define the additional IRQ gate in the kernel.
BTW: does anybody know of a IDE interface card which allows IRQ jumper
vice no IRQ (polling) on the secondary set of HD registers. This would
be easier to get my second HD running. That project is on the
backburner as constant rev(s) and X is enough to play with.
