Subject: usleep, where is it?

Does anyone know what library usleep is in, if it's available under GCC 2.1.
This is a procedure the sleeps in microseconds. Or, if it isn't available
can anyone think of another way to sleep 0.08 seconds? I'm trying two ports
and this is all that is holding up the first one.
