Don't know for sure, but maybe the new 2.88 MB diskettes (found currently
only in some IBM PS/2's, but probably coming to other machines soon) use
something like that. If they still use 512-byte sectors, that makes
5760 sectors that simply can't be addressed with a 12-bit FAT.

Yes. I have installed several of them as boot partitions (~2MB) for
Netware 3.11.
