Subject: Booting Linux off the HD

Hello,

I'm new to the group and I've done my best to read all of the installation
and information documentation available at the ftp site - great job by the
authors. I'm only puzzled, as how one boots off the hard drive. The Docs
explain how to make a file system on the hard drive, and boot from floppy
and have the file system on the hard drive mounted as the root file system,
but I would like to boot off of the hard drive. I run BootManager OS/2,
DR DOS, OS/2, and soon hopefully Linux. Am I missing something in the DOCS?
