I'm the author (actually, porter). I'll try to figure out where
tzfile.h came from. Probably the library sources. Actually I thought
it was a normal part of /usr/include. I owe you a new release of
this. I'll include tzfile.h with it. (I've been spending my time
working on reliability problems in KA9Q. I've found a couple of
problems that show up with noisy lines. The most serious is that IP
header checksums are ignored when header compression is enabled. This
is a generic problem with the Berkeley header compression code, so I
suspect it's present in all implementations. I'll upload a new
release as soon as I get a bit more runtime with it.)
