Most Bourne shell scripts will run under the KornShell. The only freely
available version of the KornShell that I know of is pdksh (comp.sources.misc
volume 25). It is slightly eccentric in some of its interactive commands:
in general it looks like the MKS implementation of the KornShell rather
than the AT&T implementation.
