I just joined a book club here in the states, and got 5 books for $12 after
shipping and handling. One was a cheap C quick-reference, two were
introductory Unix books, one dealt with shell programming, and the fifth
one dealt with networking. Having used Unix for nearly 3 years now, I am
just skimming though the introductory books and the one on shell programming,
and the C quick-reference will collect dust. The price is hard to beat,
but you are required to buy at least one more book at regular price. I
hope they have a good X book. :-)
