Hi linuxers,
I'm now up to patchlevel 2 of 0.96c and hoped to be able to use the dosfs.
(I currently use the mcc package, with additions/replacements from jwinstea's
rootimage-0.96 on a sx-20 4mb ram 20mb / - notebook. The partitions are
/dev/hda1 dos primary
/dev/hda2 extended
/dev/hda3 linux root
/dev/hda4 linux swap
/dev/hda5 dos d:)
I tried to mount
mount -t dosfs /dev/hda1 /dosc
and get:
get fs type failed dosfs
/dev/hda1 already mounted or /dosc busy
From reading the MIT digests, I hoped to be able to mount a dos FS...
The mount on rootimage-0.96 is said to be able to do this...
The new kernel patches are said to incorporate dosfs.5 ...
Can anybody help me out of my blindness ?
Thanks,
