the X11 on banjo *is* X386. X386 is the name that was given to the
i386 version of the X server from MIT. The server to X11 is very
system dependent, so the X11 distribution comes with several servers.
Looking in the directory server/ddx of the stock distribution, there
are the following subdirectories: cfb, dec, ibm, macII, mfb, mi, mips,
omron, snf, sun, tek, x386

So X386 (X11 on banjo) is what you should get.
