The source to mkfs and many other Linux utilities distributed as part
of the MCC interim releases of Linux can be found in the file misc.tar.Z
in /pub/linux/mcc-interim/0.96c/source_files at ftp.mcc.ac.uk; this
is mirrored at banjo.concert.net and at tsx-11.mit.edu.
