Some way of selecting would be nice. As it currently stands, each
time I upgrade to a new kernel version, I hack the keyboard driver so
that the backspace key actually means backspace, as every machine with
which I regularly communicate (no vaxen) uses backspace as its
standard, although Suns are arguably schizophrenic about this.
