I thank you for the useful info, but... DOS? To quote my youngest,
"Yuckie-poo!" I am going home tonight and try a quick port of bpe to
linux. If it works I'll upload it tomorrow. People sholdn't have to go
into DOS to do things like this, it corrodes the bits!
It's my binary editor of choice, hopefully it will port easily.
