Well, if you *do* have a 100MHz clock, xclk reports that you can get
1144x858 resolution with a refresh of 70.42Hz
You can manage 1176x882 at 66.83Hz. Not a bad refresh if you really
needed that resolution. If you want to improve the refresh and still
maintain the resolution then you might try cutting the sync time
closer to the minimum sync.
