I haven't included flex because none of the tools supplied with the MCC
'interim' Linux need flex to be compiled.

I will NOT do disk images of sources, because it's too hard to keep them
up to date. All source required for compiling everything in the MCC
disks is available for anonymous ftp from ftp.mcc.ac.uk; sometimes
patches need to be applied, and the patches are all available as well.
For sources, see /pub/linux/mcc-interim/0.96c/source_files and
.../0.96c/source_links. For patches, see .../0.96c/patches. Each
patch contains a 1-line instruction on how to apply it. At least for
the 0.96c release, if the source isn't included in source_files/misc.tar.Z,
and if no patch appears in patches/*, then I didn't change anything.

The latest poe-igl init came out too late for me to include in the release,
though it may get included in the course of revising it this weekend.
The init comes originally from poe-igl 1.3, though I have actually
included the source (acknowledging Peter Orbaek as its author, of course)
in the file .../0.96c/source_files/misc.tar.Z. This init ignores ctrl-alt-del.
