May be that defficient file system cache that everyone wants removed :-)
Or more likely the track buffer...
Or maybe the driver is just *efficient* and only *looks* like the dog's
breakfast...

Just because a piece of code looks a bit tatty, doesn't mean it's no good.
Conversely, beautifully laid out code doesn't always do the bizz either.

Just some philosophy for today.
