I don't understand something about shoelace: how do I set it to just drop
through to the prefered partition (Linux, of course) on booting up? If I
type the desired partition number (2), things run as they should but I need
to boot up Linux without user intervention. Have I been too impatient in
waiting for it to time out or something like that?

On a slightly related topic, where's the script that controls choosing
between SVGA and normal modes? I'd like to drop through to the desired
mode automagically here, too.

Rick
