The source is contained in the file misc.tar.Z, available by anonymous
ftp from ftp.mcc.ac.uk in /pub/linux/mcc-interim/0.96c/source_files.
This is mirrored at banjo.concert.net and at tsx-11.mit.edu. I will
try to come out with a package with README, compiled binary, etc., as
soon as I have time; at the moment the binary is available in the
MCC interim 0.96c version of Linux, and a slightly older version is on
the standard root disk.
