Mailpak "is" inaccessible if it's in the incoming directory
on tsx-11.mit.edu! The incoming directory is /incoming and
has permissions "drwxrwx-wx". The directory,
/pub/linux/X11/mirrors/Incoming does not have mailpak or any-
thing like it. While on the subject of packages in the incoming
directory of tsx, "cvwbin.tar.Z" the compiler package was
uploaded to tsx over a week ago. It too is still inaccessible!
Could a tsx administrator look into this please?
