I'll have to try it, but I don't think it'll help, since [I think]
the problem is with the modem hardware. I've had the same trouble
using Telix under MSDOS, the only difference is that MSDOS doesn't
reboot the whole system...

Btw, do you give that stty command before or after the modem has
locked itself up? I mean, this happens to me very randomly, it's
a bit difficult to try it out. (I mean, if I add the command to
.tcshrc for example, when will I know whether is has fixed the
problem or not...)
