Well, yes, that's the problem that remains to be solved. There were many
propositions and quite a few pros and cons, but no general consensus.
That's why I think that now, that the possible problems of each solution
have been outlined, any decision that is based on that will be resonable
and won't attract an undue amount of flames :-)

I sort of doubt that it pays to go through a public discussion on that
again. I'd rather say that you, Jim and Alan agree on something and make
that the standard. And you shouldn't worry about people not liking it,
because that happens to everything new, that forces one (or one's fingers)
to think in different ways :-)
