There seem to be two probs in the new setterm stuff. First, the vertical
single line in boxes appears as a double line?

Second, the -store option has been completely castrated in console.c.
The intent of -store was to be able to define new powerup defaults
that could live across a terminal reset, particularly colors. It
seems that now, nothing lives across resets.
