Subject: bug with doinstall (0.99.0/1??)
Date: 28 Dec 1992 03:33:38 GMT

I've just starting to play around with installing a system (on my wife's
Laser 386sx, 102mb ide drive for linux and 102 mb ide drive for msdos).

Apparently, I had something resting/bumping one of the keys on my keyboard
(the '-' key on the numeric keypad section). This caused my system to lock
up after printing the 'done' message on disk X4. (it happened during the
processing of this disk). there were probably about a hundred or so
'hits' of the key.

Needless to say, I couldn't continue on with the install process.

What does one do at this point?? Is a complete re-install needed?
