From: wonge@fraser.sfu.ca (Edmund Wong) Subject: rzsz??.tar /Minicom problem Date: 28 Dec 1992 13:27:19 GMT
Hi, I just got rzsz0902.tar (or whatever the original file
name was) from tsx-11.mit.edu, and was wondering if someone
can enlighten me if it actually works on Linux version 0.98
pl1-37?
And if so, which system do I use when doing the make
command?
I tried the original rz command from the previous
rzsz package(forgot version) and it gave me the following
error message:-
/bin/temp#rz
rz: can't load library '/lib/libc_v2_12c'
Then it throws me back to the prompt.
The reason for me getting rzsz is because I can't
seem to download from a remote site.
I tried using kermit, like follows:
<remote site>
# kermit
....(usual heading)
C-Kermit>send rzsz9202.tar
Please ..... (forgot what it said next)
#$o_oz##5 (or something like that)
<local terminal: then I did the following>
<in minicom: pressed Ctrl-A,K>
(and then, nothing happens...)
Can someone please help me?
Thnxs, Edmund
