Use screen, it should be on the archive sites, I picked up a copy some time
ago.

ATI is a stupid as Diamond, so you won't see support for the extended features
of the Ultra as the information is not available. The only documentation is
for the 8514 commands that the Ultra uses, but not the faster special comands
it has.
