Be sure to include legal costs in your estimate. Sure, none of the software is copy protected
but the packaging is! No matter how you read the copyright laws, they don't allow you to
copy some-one elses work and use it without thier permission! (Obcourse after seeing his
"beta" version, I'm sure you would have no-problems making your own CD. No-one could ever
prove that you used his CD to design yours.)
