Really? So my Amiga is running MS-DOS since it includes and MS-DOS file
system?
Last time *I* checked, an operating system consisted of system elements that
manage memory, CPU time, secondary storage, I/O devices, and so on. If it
doesn't have a scheduler I don't even consider it an operating system, and
how you boot is completely irrelevant. VAX/VMS used to boot from a PDP-11
console processor. Does that make it RSX-11?
