I tried to upgrade to 0.98.5 this evening, but when my new kernel came to
the end of the /etc/rc file, it just hung for a second or two, then
started thrashing. I rebooted 0.98.1, and noticed a core dump in /.

I vaguely remember someone mentioning that this was a problem with 0.98.5,
but I don't remember the workaround. Can anyone enlighten me?? Thanks!
