Subject: bug in .97 pl 1 -- mounting fd0 and fd1
Date: 30 Aug 1992 06:29:08 GMT

I recently updated all of my device names in /dev and noticed an
interesting qwirk. The serial line (ttys0 -- modem) will get garbage
if you mount either fd0 or fd1. The message generated by mount
following a success is "broadcast" to all the other tty's. This
is only noticable during zmodem file transfer using kermit
(this is done at the kermit prompt using the shell command:
sz < /dev/ttys0 > /dev/ttys0 )

Anyone else experience this?

Thanks.
