I too have a DTK 386 33MHZ MB and have no problems at all with running
Linux or XWIN.... Check your ROM version, and will note that the best
IDE interface to use with DTK MBs is the DTK... I had experienced
problems with interrupts until I narrowed it down to the interface
board... I would check the HD/FL controller be it IDE or not...
