Is it normal for executables compiled under 0.97 to be on the average about
10K larger than those compiled under 0.96? I was under the impression that
the shared libraries would reduce not only memory consumption, but the size
on disk as well? Or is there so much new stuff in the 2.2.2d libraries that
the actual executable is larger??
