If I remember correctly, A overseas money order (or foriegn currency money
order) cost on the range of 10 to 20 dollars US. Or at least that is what I
remember it as. As for sending a regular personal check over to him personally
I am not too sure how he would cash it and how long the delay for him to get
cash is. Of course you could just wire the money but then that is also
$20 or so....
