No, grab a bootimage of your choice (like from tsx-11), then copy it
to /vmlinux or /etc/Image or whatever. If you have the bootimage on a
dos floppy (not a rawritten floppy) you can use mtools or the dosfs to
copy it to your linux partition. If the only copy you have has already
been rawritten to a boot disk then you might be able to use dd to get
it off, but I'm not certain.
After copying the bootimage, use rdev to change the root partition
(eg., rdev /vmlinux /dev/hda2 to boot off of the second partition on
drive C:). Then use shoelace or lilo to install the boot image. I
think there's a different program on the rootdisk to change boot
partition information, but I forget the name, rdev's on the
MCC-interim.
