My guess is that these are QIC-40 or QIC-80 tapes. CMS gets 120MB of
compressed data on its QIC-40 DC2120 tapes, but only 60MB of uncompressed
data. They get up to 250MB of compressed data on their QIC-80 DC2120 tapes
(using their 250MB backup tape drive), but only 120MB of uncompressed data.
