Ted is kind enough to make tsx-11 available to me. In the future, I will put
the official GCC stuffs on tsx-11 and fgb1.fgb.mw.tu-muenchen.de. As a matter
of fact, I have been putting testing GCC releases on tsx-11. As far as
testing stuffs go, we have some other sites.
