Hi Linuxers,

After reading the postings in c.o.l. for a while (as well as the FAQ),
one posting that I saw a while ago had to do with which shell script
was executed at boot up time. Although I saw the question here, I
do not recall seeing a response to it.

I would need to know what shell script gets done at startup time (or when a
user logs in) so that I can set some environment variables which would apply
to all rather than having to implement them for each user's profile.

Help would be quite appreciated.
